By accessing or using DigiLuv, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. About DigiLuv

DigiLuv is a community platform for discovering digital cameras, viewing sample photos, sharing photos taken with different camera models, and interacting with camera-related content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, or use DigiLuv in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

4. Your Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of the original photos, captions, and other content you upload to DigiLuv.

By uploading content, you grant DigiLuv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve DigiLuv.

You represent that you own the content you upload or have the necessary rights and permission to share it.

5. Other Users' Content

Content uploaded by DigiLuv users remains the property of the respective rights holders. Unless you have permission, you may not copy, repost, sell, commercially use, remove attribution from, or claim ownership of another user's content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use DigiLuv to upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, scrape the service in an abusive manner, or use DigiLuv for fraudulent activity.

7. Camera Information and Requests

Users may submit camera model information or request that missing cameras be added to DigiLuv. We may review, edit, merge, rename, approve, reject, or remove camera records in order to maintain an accurate and useful camera library.

Camera specifications, model names, release information, and other reference information may contain errors or be incomplete. DigiLuv does not guarantee that all camera information is accurate.

8. Content Moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, infringe rights, create safety or legal risks, or negatively affect the operation of DigiLuv.

We may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or maintain the security of the service.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on DigiLuv infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a copyright complaint through the reporting tools provided on the service.

We may remove or restrict access to reported content while a claim is reviewed and may take action against accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

10. Service Availability

DigiLuv may change, suspend, discontinue, or modify features of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

11. Disclaimer

DigiLuv is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of user content, camera information, or the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DigiLuv and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

13. Termination

You may stop using DigiLuv at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the community, comply with law, or protect the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as DigiLuv evolves. The date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent version. Continued use of DigiLuv after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
